Terrible customer service I have ordered from company before with no issues. But today I had ordered 2 lobster kits for a special dinner and only received 1. Called customer service number at 2:41pm Thursday, the day of delivery. At first the recording said closed. Called back, picked sales, talked with a person who indicated that I needed to email the issue. Ending up speaking with Operations Mgr/ Customer Service Mgr Randall. He indicated that I needed to do the same thing. Seriously, what kind of messed up customer service is that? He should have handled the situation. I will find another supplier from now on. Requested refund, still waiting for refund email 30 minutes later!

Dishonest Business -- Do not use This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.

Big dissappintment, lobsters didn't arrive for mothers day I bought 200 dollars in 3 lobsters on Monday 3rd of May to be delivered on saturday 8th for mothers day celebration. I contacted the seller on thursday 6th to make sure everything was going oK, and they answered th e delivery was organized for the 8th. Order did not arrive yesterday 8th, so I have to do new plans now and give excuses to mother and grandmother that had great expectations. Good prices and nice web sites that dont deliver!!.

Craving Lobsters in Key West! We are quarantined at home in a Key West, FL and were craving New England lobsters. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding seafood! Delivery was for Friday date night and arrived exactly on time, everything was frozen cold and the lobsters were lively! We ordered 4-1.25 lb lobsters, 2 lbs haddock and 2 chowders. Lobsters were perfect size, hard shells and packed with meat. It was such a special treat, exceeding our expectations and we will definitely order again soon!

This is a wonderful building and an… This is a wonderful building and an amazing array of staff. I was here for an event and it was perfect with separate gorgeous bat, as I'm sure you'll agree. And a large room space. Very close to Knightsbridge Station so in a wonderful location. Food for canapés was lovely. The upstairs is ideal for special occasions and events.
