GBHorrible! Horrible!! Ordered weeks in advance for our daughter’s 30th birthday party; and then unilaterally cancelled right before Xmas making it impossible to order elsewhere. Falsely claimed FedEx snow delays but FedEx said not true, storm not until Friday! Days from now. Will never order from again. Totally unreliable.

GBTerrible customer service I have ordered from company before with no issues. But today I had ordered 2 lobster kits for a special dinner and only received 1. Called customer service number at 2:41pm Thursday, the day of delivery. At first the recording said closed. Called back, picked sales, talked with a person who indicated that I needed to email the issue. Ending up speaking with Operations Mgr/ Customer Service Mgr Randall. He indicated that I needed to do the same thing. Seriously, what kind of messed up customer service is that? He should have handled the situation. I will find another supplier from now on. Requested refund, still waiting for refund email 30 minutes later!

GBAll nine 1.25lb lobsters were molts! Placed four orders of 1.25lb lobsters and cherrystone clams for us and geographically separate family. All nine lobsters were molts, despite my polite request for “full adults,” and weighed far less than 1.25 (yes, all were weighed on kitchen scales after we received my disappointing order). 2/4 orders were missing address unit numbers (possibly UPS’ fault. Two cherrystones were crushed and this would be impossible in transit. Otherwise, the clams were absolutely amazing.

GBBirthday Gift My boyfriend (a native New Englander) suprised his desert rat girl with two delicious live lobsters (meat was sweet), clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab cakes, haddock (which is not easily found here in Vegas) and whoopie pies for my birthday... The soups were exceptional as were the crab cakes... We will absolutely be ordering again../ This will hold our cravings til our yearly trip back to Boston / Maine / New Hampshire...

GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service. Waited on hold TWICE for about an hour each time to cancel an order that was delayed 1 week. both times I was placed on hold again the disconnected. Must be their business model to resist all attempts to refund a credit card once they have charged it.
