GBHad to accept delivery of rotting shellfish FedEx failed to deliver my order as scheduled on Friday. Instead they delivered rotting lobster rolls on Monday. Maine Lobsters Now insisted that I take delivery of the reeking box in order to receive a refund. Be aware that you risk having to keep a disgusting box at your house until your next trash day if you order from them.

GBBest seafood!! I've been ordering for years and got nervous when I read the recent reviews. My Christmas eve lobster tails were amazing. The only issue I noticed was that the shrimp were farm raised in Vietnam so I was skeptical but they were delicious.

GBMy third time ordering from Maine… My third time ordering from Maine Lobster Now Ist Order, Fresh 2lb lobsters 2nd Order, 8 1.75 lb lobsters and 6 pounds steamers 3rd Order, 3 pounds Frozen Lobster Meat Originally from New England (MA) I appreciate quality seafood. GBRotten lobsters for $150 and refused to correct the problem. Crooks. We received five lobsters around Christmas containing an empty plastic package with no dry ice in the afternoon, We kept them refrigerated until the next day. When cooked, the meat was complete mush that smelled rotten, we obviously could not eat them. Ruined our birthday celebration They refused to give us a refund. Our bank card finally had to charge them back after a six week battle, The fish was bad and they acted like crooks.

GBTerrible customer service I have ordered from company before with no issues. But today I had ordered 2 lobster kits for a special dinner and only received 1. Called customer service number at 2:41pm Thursday, the day of delivery. At first the recording said closed. Called back, picked sales, talked with a person who indicated that I needed to email the issue. Ending up speaking with Operations Mgr/ Customer Service Mgr Randall. He indicated that I needed to do the same thing. Seriously, what kind of messed up customer service is that? He should have handled the situation. I will find another supplier from now on. Requested refund, still waiting for refund email 30 minutes later!
