GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service. Waited on hold TWICE for about an hour each time to cancel an order that was delayed 1 week. both times I was placed on hold again the disconnected. Must be their business model to resist all attempts to refund a credit card once they have charged it.

GBAll nine 1.25lb lobsters were molts! Placed four orders of 1.25lb lobsters and cherrystone clams for us and geographically separate family. All nine lobsters were molts, despite my polite request for “full adults,” and weighed far less than 1.25 (yes, all were weighed on kitchen scales after we received my disappointing order). 2/4 orders were missing address unit numbers (possibly UPS’ fault. Two cherrystones were crushed and this would be impossible in transit. Otherwise, the clams were absolutely amazing.

GBHad to accept delivery of rotting shellfish FedEx failed to deliver my order as scheduled on Friday. Instead they delivered rotting lobster rolls on Monday. Maine Lobsters Now insisted that I take delivery of the reeking box in order to receive a refund. Be aware that you risk having to keep a disgusting box at your house until your next trash day if you order from them.

GBBig dissappintment, lobsters didn't arrive for mothers day I bought 200 dollars in 3 lobsters on Monday 3rd of May to be delivered on saturday 8th for mothers day celebration. I contacted the seller on thursday 6th to make sure everything was going oK, and they answered th e delivery was organized for the 8th. Order did not arrive yesterday 8th, so I have to do new plans now and give excuses to mother and grandmother that had great expectations. Good prices and nice web sites that dont deliver!!.

GBDead lobsters for Father’s Day, Ordered lobsters for father’s day. Maine lobster now did not include the apartment number. FedEx called them when they couldn’t deliver and were given the apartment number. FedEx could not redeliver that same day. When the package arrived, my father received dead lobsters for father’s day. Customer service was extremely rude. They refused to take responsibility. Don’t order from them. If something goes wrong, they won’t do anything
