Waited on hold TWICE for about an hour each time to cancel an order that was delayed 1 week. both times I was placed on hold again the disconnected. Must be their business model to resist all attempts to refund a credit card once they have charged it.

GBRotten lobsters for $150 and refused to correct the problem. Crooks. We received five lobsters around Christmas containing an empty plastic package with no dry ice in the afternoon, We kept them refrigerated until the next day. When cooked, the meat was complete mush that smelled rotten, we obviously could not eat them. Ruined our birthday celebration They refused to give us a refund. Our bank card finally had to charge them back after a six week battle, The fish was bad and they acted like crooks.

GBDishonest Business -- Do not use This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.

GBBest seafood!! I've been ordering for years and got nervous when I read the recent reviews. My Christmas eve lobster tails were amazing. The only issue I noticed was that the shrimp were farm raised in Vietnam so I was skeptical but they were delicious.

GBMy sister surprised me on my birthday… My sister surprised me on my birthday with 5 large, perfect live lobsters. They were delivered during a raging snowstorm (Denver) in pristine condition. We truly enjoyed every bite. The lobsters were chock full of sweet meat. Can’t beat a Maine lobster. I will be ordering again. No hesitations.
