Horrible! Horrible!! Ordered weeks in advance for our daughter’s 30th birthday party; and then unilaterally cancelled right before Xmas making it impossible to order elsewhere. Falsely claimed FedEx snow delays but FedEx said not true, storm not until Friday! Days from now. Will never order from again. Totally unreliable.

Craving Lobsters in Key West! We are quarantined at home in a Key West, FL and were craving New England lobsters. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding seafood! Delivery was for Friday date night and arrived exactly on time, everything was frozen cold and the lobsters were lively! We ordered 4-1.25 lb lobsters, 2 lbs haddock and 2 chowders. Lobsters were perfect size, hard shells and packed with meat. It was such a special treat, exceeding our expectations and we will definitely order again soon!

Dead lobsters for Father’s Day, Ordered lobsters for father’s day. Maine lobster now did not include the apartment number. FedEx called them when they couldn’t deliver and were given the apartment number. FedEx could not redeliver that same day. When the package arrived, my father received dead lobsters for father’s day. Customer service was extremely rude. They refused to take responsibility. Don’t order from them. If something goes wrong, they won’t do anything

Birthday Gift My boyfriend (a native New Englander) suprised his desert rat girl with two delicious live lobsters (meat was sweet), clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab cakes, haddock (which is not easily found here in Vegas) and whoopie pies for my birthday... The soups were exceptional as were the crab cakes... We will absolutely be ordering again../ This will hold our cravings til our yearly trip back to Boston / Maine / New Hampshire...

Big dissappintment, lobsters didn't arrive for mothers day I bought 200 dollars in 3 lobsters on Monday 3rd of May to be delivered on saturday 8th for mothers day celebration. I contacted the seller on thursday 6th to make sure everything was going oK, and they answered th e delivery was organized for the 8th. Order did not arrive yesterday 8th, so I have to do new plans now and give excuses to mother and grandmother that had great expectations. Good prices and nice web sites that dont deliver!!.
