GBHalf the time some of my lobsters… Half the time some of my lobsters arrive dead and you are only reimbursed for the lobster not the Ins or packaging so you end paying almost 40 dollars per lobster. Plus it really screws up your special occasion UPDATE--leaky freezer bags probably killed the lobster. Lobster Now and myself did reach a monetary agreement. I will give them another try.

GBHorrible! Horrible!! Ordered weeks in advance for our daughter’s 30th birthday party; and then unilaterally cancelled right before Xmas making it impossible to order elsewhere. Falsely claimed FedEx snow delays but FedEx said not true, storm not until Friday! Days from now. Will never order from again. Totally unreliable.

EGThis is a wonderful building and an… This is a wonderful building and an amazing array of staff. I was here for an event and it was perfect with separate gorgeous bat, as I'm sure you'll agree. And a large room space. Very close to Knightsbridge Station so in a wonderful location. Food for canapés was lovely. The upstairs is ideal for special occasions and events.

GBWanted live lobsters for Fathers Day… Wanted live lobsters for Fathers Day but we ordered too late..received the four pack 2-21/2 pounders...all were alive and kicking and the tail and claw meat was sweet and succulent! We will definitely order again...no reason to search locally as long as there are mail order companies like these guys! We enjoy lobster on birthdays and holidays and these were perfect!
