Went to the KFC in Marion Iowa on… Went to the KFC in Marion Iowa on 4/26/24. We were told they were out of white meat and the wait was 15 minutes. I agreed to wait but noticed that buckets of chicken were given to drive thru customers and white meat meals were given to a walk in customer. After half an hour I asked about my order and was told they wouldn't want to give me under cooked chicken. Well of course I wouldn't want that but why was no one else waiting? About 5 minutes later I got my food. It was a 5 minute drive home and the chicken was cold and had obviously been sitting awhile. It was awful!! Not crispy at all, soggy and looked unappetizing. I give up on KFC.

Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners. This happened at your Yorkgate branch in Belfast trans number 2071.

On Sunday On Sunday, April 21, 2024, I used the KFC® at 1675 Highway 138 SE in Conyers, GA drive-up window for an 8-family meal at a cost of $29.67. Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. Order already 30 mins past initial… Order already 30 mins past initial estimate time. Asked to come outside to collect (2nd floor flat with lift). Reluctantly did so on cold evening. No driver there, just a text saying “Am sosit” and a group of young guys in black trousers, faux leather jackets and white trainers at the wrong entrance. Obviously didn’t invite in or would ever use again.

Wax paper wrapper… Every meal at KFC is just perfect however wud like to draw attention to the management that wax paper being used to wrap the twister is really hard to remove while unwrapping the roll as it stick very firmly & even while removing some wax paper pieces do remain stuck to the roll bread. Please look into this issue & plz rectify with other wrapping options
