GBRetrain, retrain, retrain. At lunch time, out of original breasts, settled for extra crispy. Wait, they aren't breasts! They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.

ZAThe worst customer service The worst customer service! The customer service agents are clueless. I’m very much disappointed in the service I got. KFC is very much fast at debiting and I never even received my order. I have been waiting for my refund and unfortunately they don’t even care to give their customers an update. I have not even received my refund till now.

GBOrder already 30 mins past initial… Order already 30 mins past initial estimate time. Asked to come outside to collect (2nd floor flat with lift). Reluctantly did so on cold evening. No driver there, just a text saying “Am sosit” and a group of young guys in black trousers, faux leather jackets and white trainers at the wrong entrance. Obviously didn’t invite in or would ever use again.

PKWax paper wrapper… Every meal at KFC is just perfect however wud like to draw attention to the management that wax paper being used to wrap the twister is really hard to remove while unwrapping the roll as it stick very firmly & even while removing some wax paper pieces do remain stuck to the roll bread. Please look into this issue & plz rectify with other wrapping options

GBKFC Prosser WA works hard at making… KFC Prosser WA works hard at making sure the chicken is always fresh. They really work hard at giving great customer service. Even though my last order was a little of a mixup, the chicken was fresh and the KFC service was great! Thanks for the great service, I'll be back
