I guess their quality is is going down… I guess their quality is is going down day by day. Ordered Fried chicken and it was not done well enough. I can feel the chewy dough in my mouth which they use for coating.

Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. Chicken dregs This was the first time I placed an order with KFC for fried chicken, at 6895 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I placed an online order for an 8 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken being run at a redeemed price of $10.00. The order was ready when i arrived for pickup. The first bite revealed the chicken as old cooked chicken. The crispy was like warmed over. It was not freshly cooked, even though warm. Every piece was more dry than moist. It was a disappointing purchase. Even sales should be up to par when edible.

Wax paper wrapper… Every meal at KFC is just perfect however wud like to draw attention to the management that wax paper being used to wrap the twister is really hard to remove while unwrapping the roll as it stick very firmly & even while removing some wax paper pieces do remain stuck to the roll bread. Please look into this issue & plz rectify with other wrapping options

The new nuggets are good but so mis… The new nuggets are good but so mis leading Comercial shows it being big nuggets I ordered and I had 1 nugget that was the size shown. Very bad presentation. Won't buy again.
