Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. I guess their quality is is going down… I guess their quality is is going down day by day. Ordered Fried chicken and it was not done well enough. I can feel the chewy dough in my mouth which they use for coating.

Retrain, retrain, retrain. At lunch time, out of original breasts, settled for extra crispy. Wait, they aren't breasts! They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.

Recently I visited their restaurant… Recently I visited their restaurant because I was starving and wanted to eat something hot and delicious. I made an order and waited for my order for about 5 min. Everything was perfect and these chicken wings and chicken drumsticks were so delicious and that carbonated drink Pepsi. Oh, I was satisfied but on the next day I had problems with my stomach and it seems I was poisoned by this fried chicken. I don’t recommend going to their restaurants. It is a disaster!
