ZAThe worst customer service The worst customer service! The customer service agents are clueless. I’m very much disappointed in the service I got. KFC is very much fast at debiting and I never even received my order. I have been waiting for my refund and unfortunately they don’t even care to give their customers an update. I have not even received my refund till now.

GBOn Sunday On Sunday, April 21, 2024, I used the KFC® at 1675 Highway 138 SE in Conyers, GA drive-up window for an 8-family meal at a cost of $29.67. Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. PRThey asked us for cups or Pepsi we said… They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said Pepsi and they didn’t give us both because we said both but didn’t give it to us so don’t ever go here and bad costumer service but forgave us because she was new but good come to kfc

GBI was charged a foundation fee on my… I was charged a foundation fee on my receipt that I was totally unaware of this is not right I could barely pay for what I order and you stick a unauthorized fee I promise you I will never buy kfc again………:.and will inform others to check there receipts

GBKFC North Palm Beach KFC. Northlake, North Palm Beach Florida. Best KFC I’ve had in 20 plus years. Chicken was unbelievable. Not sure why there is so much difference. Service was excellent, manager was very good and involved. A good leader and team reflected her. Was going in to Buds Chicken & Seafood but line was too long. Went next store to the KFC. Very Happy. Good Job.
