They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.

Order already 30 mins past initial… Order already 30 mins past initial estimate time. Asked to come outside to collect (2nd floor flat with lift). Reluctantly did so on cold evening. No driver there, just a text saying “Am sosit” and a group of young guys in black trousers, faux leather jackets and white trainers at the wrong entrance. Obviously didn’t invite in or would ever use again.
