Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners. Retrain, retrain, retrain. At lunch time, out of original breasts, settled for extra crispy. Wait, they aren't breasts! They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.
