GBWent to the KFC in Marion Iowa on… Went to the KFC in Marion Iowa on 4/26/24. We were told they were out of white meat and the wait was 15 minutes. I agreed to wait but noticed that buckets of chicken were given to drive thru customers and white meat meals were given to a walk in customer. After half an hour I asked about my order and was told they wouldn't want to give me under cooked chicken. Well of course I wouldn't want that but why was no one else waiting? About 5 minutes later I got my food. It was a 5 minute drive home and the chicken was cold and had obviously been sitting awhile. It was awful!! Not crispy at all, soggy and looked unappetizing. I give up on KFC.

GBI was charged a foundation fee on my… I was charged a foundation fee on my receipt that I was totally unaware of this is not right I could barely pay for what I order and you stick a unauthorized fee I promise you I will never buy kfc again………:.and will inform others to check there receipts

GBOrdered online for pickup in Lebanon… Ordered online for pickup in Lebanon TN. got there, not ready. When she brought my order I wanted to check it but she said ‘it’s all there’ and used a strip to secure the bag. Got home, missing chicken breast. Phone number on app and website states ‘message receipt not setup’. Got a survey request. Filled it out dissatisfied and they said I’d get a call. Didn’t happen. Also while I waited someone came in with their order and receipt, obviously had an issue. They were totally ignored.

ZAThe worst customer service The worst customer service! The customer service agents are clueless. I’m very much disappointed in the service I got. KFC is very much fast at debiting and I never even received my order. I have been waiting for my refund and unfortunately they don’t even care to give their customers an update. I have not even received my refund till now.

GBWell mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners. This happened at your Yorkgate branch in Belfast trans number 2071.
