Recently I visited their restaurant… Recently I visited their restaurant because I was starving and wanted to eat something hot and delicious. I made an order and waited for my order for about 5 min. Everything was perfect and these chicken wings and chicken drumsticks were so delicious and that carbonated drink Pepsi. Oh, I was satisfied but on the next day I had problems with my stomach and it seems I was poisoned by this fried chicken. I don’t recommend going to their restaurants. It is a disaster!

What a farce What a farce. Ordered from our local FKC in Somercotes for delivery. Never arrived, couldn't get through to the restaurant the call just rang them dumped you. Decided to take a drive there. After ordering at 8pm said the order had been collected by the driver at 8.25pm and was on its way. Driver couldn't be tracked, the order never arrived. Went I person and was told by a member of staff the order was collected just 10mins ago for delivery, so this is the 2nd order supposed to be delivered. Eventually to be given a fresh order while we were there and to be told we would get a refund at 11pm as the order was never even prepared in the 1st place. To have a member of staff LIE TO YOUR FACE literally when you are over the counter from them looking you in the eyes is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! If this is how you train staff then it's just not acceptable. Would sooner have been told the truth from the start NOT 3 LIES LATER. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR KFC @SOMERCOTES.

Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners. This happened at your Yorkgate branch in Belfast trans number 2071.

On Sunday On Sunday, April 21, 2024, I used the KFC® at 1675 Highway 138 SE in Conyers, GA drive-up window for an 8-family meal at a cost of $29.67. Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone.
