I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said… They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said Pepsi and they didn’t give us both because we said both but didn’t give it to us so don’t ever go here and bad costumer service but forgave us because she was new but good come to kfc

Order already 30 mins past initial… Order already 30 mins past initial estimate time. Asked to come outside to collect (2nd floor flat with lift). Reluctantly did so on cold evening. No driver there, just a text saying “Am sosit” and a group of young guys in black trousers, faux leather jackets and white trainers at the wrong entrance. Obviously didn’t invite in or would ever use again.

Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners.
