They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said… They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said Pepsi and they didn’t give us both because we said both but didn’t give it to us so don’t ever go here and bad costumer service but forgave us because she was new but good come to kfc

This place was horrible This place was horrible! I was getting some fried chicken and the big large cup was dirty! the chicken wasn't cooked and it wasn't crispy, I've talked to the manager and she didn't do anything! I also found some ants underneath the cup! Never going again

KFC North Palm Beach KFC. Northlake, North Palm Beach Florida. Best KFC I’ve had in 20 plus years. Chicken was unbelievable. Not sure why there is so much difference. Service was excellent, manager was very good and involved. A good leader and team reflected her. Was going in to Buds Chicken & Seafood but line was too long. Went next store to the KFC. Very Happy. Good Job.

The new nuggets are good but so mis… The new nuggets are good but so mis leading Comercial shows it being big nuggets I ordered and I had 1 nugget that was the size shown. Very bad presentation. Won't buy again.

Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners.
