What a farce What a farce. Ordered from our local FKC in Somercotes for delivery. Never arrived, couldn't get through to the restaurant the call just rang them dumped you. Decided to take a drive there. After ordering at 8pm said the order had been collected by the driver at 8.25pm and was on its way. Driver couldn't be tracked, the order never arrived. Went I person and was told by a member of staff the order was collected just 10mins ago for delivery, so this is the 2nd order supposed to be delivered. Eventually to be given a fresh order while we were there and to be told we would get a refund at 11pm as the order was never even prepared in the 1st place. To have a member of staff LIE TO YOUR FACE literally when you are over the counter from them looking you in the eyes is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! If this is how you train staff then it's just not acceptable. Would sooner have been told the truth from the start NOT 3 LIES LATER. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR KFC @SOMERCOTES.

Went to the KFC in Marion Iowa on… Went to the KFC in Marion Iowa on 4/26/24. We were told they were out of white meat and the wait was 15 minutes. I agreed to wait but noticed that buckets of chicken were given to drive thru customers and white meat meals were given to a walk in customer. After half an hour I asked about my order and was told they wouldn't want to give me under cooked chicken. Well of course I wouldn't want that but why was no one else waiting? About 5 minutes later I got my food. It was a 5 minute drive home and the chicken was cold and had obviously been sitting awhile. It was awful!! Not crispy at all, soggy and looked unappetizing. I give up on KFC.

KFC North Palm Beach KFC. Northlake, North Palm Beach Florida. Best KFC I’ve had in 20 plus years. Chicken was unbelievable. Not sure why there is so much difference. Service was excellent, manager was very good and involved. A good leader and team reflected her. Was going in to Buds Chicken & Seafood but line was too long. Went next store to the KFC. Very Happy. Good Job.

Retrain, retrain, retrain. At lunch time, out of original breasts, settled for extra crispy. Wait, they aren't breasts! They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.

Chicken dregs This was the first time I placed an order with KFC for fried chicken, at 6895 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I placed an online order for an 8 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken being run at a redeemed price of $10.00. The order was ready when i arrived for pickup. The first bite revealed the chicken as old cooked chicken. The crispy was like warmed over. It was not freshly cooked, even though warm. Every piece was more dry than moist. It was a disappointing purchase. Even sales should be up to par when edible.
