I guess their quality is is going down… I guess their quality is is going down day by day. Ordered Fried chicken and it was not done well enough. I can feel the chewy dough in my mouth which they use for coating.

Well mannered member of staff I just had a lovely service from Lauren GTM she was very polite, and pleasant and quick at serving me my meal. I also watched her clean up after people left and she was wishing people a good day. It’s nice to have a pleasant member of staff with manners. This place was horrible This place was horrible! I was getting some fried chicken and the big large cup was dirty! the chicken wasn't cooked and it wasn't crispy, I've talked to the manager and she didn't do anything! I also found some ants underneath the cup! Never going again
