Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone. They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said… They asked us for cups or Pepsi we said Pepsi and they didn’t give us both because we said both but didn’t give it to us so don’t ever go here and bad costumer service but forgave us because she was new but good come to kfc

KFC Prosser WA works hard at making… KFC Prosser WA works hard at making sure the chicken is always fresh. They really work hard at giving great customer service. Even though my last order was a little of a mixup, the chicken was fresh and the KFC service was great! Thanks for the great service, I'll be back

I was charged a foundation fee on my… I was charged a foundation fee on my receipt that I was totally unaware of this is not right I could barely pay for what I order and you stick a unauthorized fee I promise you I will never buy kfc again………:.and will inform others to check there receipts

The new nuggets are good but so mis… The new nuggets are good but so mis leading Comercial shows it being big nuggets I ordered and I had 1 nugget that was the size shown. Very bad presentation. Won't buy again.
