GBRetrain, retrain, retrain. At lunch time, out of original breasts, settled for extra crispy. Wait, they aren't breasts! They are thighs, 2 employees said, "see this V here, that means they are breasts!" We said "see all these bones, gray meat, lack of white meat, they are thighs!" Manager came over and said "see this bump? This is a breast" so she exchanged our disputed, not good tasting thighs. Funny criteria kfc uses. I dislike training employees. I will not return.

GBI guess their quality is is going down… I guess their quality is is going down day by day. Ordered Fried chicken and it was not done well enough. I can feel the chewy dough in my mouth which they use for coating.

GBThis place was horrible This place was horrible! I was getting some fried chicken and the big large cup was dirty! the chicken wasn't cooked and it wasn't crispy, I've talked to the manager and she didn't do anything! I also found some ants underneath the cup! Never going again

CAThis is useless writing a review .KFC… This is useless writing a review .KFC Canada does not care about quality service and consistency of their chicken ! I miss the old KFC from years ago .
Disgruntled
GBOrdered online for pickup in Lebanon… Ordered online for pickup in Lebanon TN. got there, not ready. When she brought my order I wanted to check it but she said ‘it’s all there’ and used a strip to secure the bag. Got home, missing chicken breast. Phone number on app and website states ‘message receipt not setup’. Got a survey request. Filled it out dissatisfied and they said I’d get a call. Didn’t happen. Also while I waited someone came in with their order and receipt, obviously had an issue. They were totally ignored.
