ZAThe worst customer service The worst customer service! The customer service agents are clueless. I’m very much disappointed in the service I got. KFC is very much fast at debiting and I never even received my order. I have been waiting for my refund and unfortunately they don’t even care to give their customers an update. I have not even received my refund till now.

GBOrder already 30 mins past initial… Order already 30 mins past initial estimate time. Asked to come outside to collect (2nd floor flat with lift). Reluctantly did so on cold evening. No driver there, just a text saying “Am sosit” and a group of young guys in black trousers, faux leather jackets and white trainers at the wrong entrance. Obviously didn’t invite in or would ever use again.

USThis place was horrible This place was horrible! I was getting some fried chicken and the big large cup was dirty! the chicken wasn't cooked and it wasn't crispy, I've talked to the manager and she didn't do anything! I also found some ants underneath the cup! Never going again

GBI guess their quality is is going down… I guess their quality is is going down day by day. Ordered Fried chicken and it was not done well enough. I can feel the chewy dough in my mouth which they use for coating.

USOn Sunday On Sunday, April 21, 2024, I used the KFC® at 1675 Highway 138 SE in Conyers, GA drive-up window for an 8-family meal at a cost of $29.67. Transaction Description: KFC G135070 042124) Unfortunately, I failed to check my order. When I got home, I was missing the biscuits and condiments. So I tried calling several numbers listed: (770) 483-1900 and (770) 785-9336. The restaurant employees refused to answer the phone for over an hour. I finally gave up and will now choose another location when I want KFC Original Chicken. Wow, I am saddened to actually give this review, but they should answer their phone.
