Omaha steaks steaklover VIP is BS but at least send me what I ordered! Omaha steaks has never never added points to my membership account, despite the fact that I’ve been ordering gift sets from them for birthdays and holidays for four years. They are ridiculously overpriced, and I ordered the gifts for brand recognition purposes only. The quality is not great - it certainly doesn’t warrant the cost - and worse, they leave a component out of my order each and every time. I’ve called about it several times but they never make good. My boyfriend called once on my behalf and they sent HIM a $30 gift card to make up for the missing items, to his address, despite the fact that I paid for the gift and it was for another recipient. The purchase, the rewards account and the shipment was in my name and address. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They delivered my package to someone else in my neighborhood and when I finally got it everything was inedible due to it not being frozen anymore. Attempted to contact customer service and got no help at all. The person "helping" me was rude and clearly didn't care. I will never buy from this company again.

First time customer First time customer. I ordered over black Friday. First there system set up the account under the name of the recipient. 2nd they charged my account but never sent a confirmation to my email. 3rd called and was given an order number finally and told to call back on Monday. 4th looked up the order number and it has vanishes and I can't get a hold of anyone to correct this over the phone. This company will never receive my business again.

TOO MUCH contact multiple times daily. While the quality of steaks were above average and their shipping was timely, I will not buy again. These people have sent 6-8 text messages and emails daily, even after unsubscribing. Constantly bothering all devices. buyer beware

Omaha Steak is fake meat The last time my friend ordered Omaha Steaks they fell apart while cooking on the grill. Then we tried the steak it was awful did the same thing so did the hamburger. Finally we figured out that it was noting more than sub-par meats that had been put togather at some plant. It was less quality meats all put togather to look good but, it was not real meat it was nothing more than bi- products packed togather for the look of good meat. There was people going around the neighborhood trying to sell that same low quality meat out of their cars. It was a very upsetting experience. It was the holidays and the box of Omaha Steak was very expensive and to have it do the same thing was devastating to us.
