Omaha Steak is fake meat The last time my friend ordered Omaha Steaks they fell apart while cooking on the grill. Then we tried the steak it was awful did the same thing so did the hamburger. Finally we figured out that it was noting more than sub-par meats that had been put togather at some plant. It was less quality meats all put togather to look good but, it was not real meat it was nothing more than bi- products packed togather for the look of good meat. There was people going around the neighborhood trying to sell that same low quality meat out of their cars. It was a very upsetting experience. It was the holidays and the box of Omaha Steak was very expensive and to have it do the same thing was devastating to us.

I ordered 6 boxes of mixed meat at… I ordered 6 boxes of mixed meat at around the $ 150 price point. None of them made it for Christmas as promised. No half off coupons as promised and after several phone call and two letters no response fro customer service. Will never order from this company again

Absolute GARBAGE Absolute GARBAGE. Every year we get gifted a few boxes from someone with no commons sense, and I am forced to feed them to the dog or donate them. I suspect the fillets are a prison or cannery grade since they are so much worse than anything I can find at the grocery stores. They have no marbling or flavor and are like eating liver. No wonder the USDA grade is not listed. In my opinion the company relies on telemarketing and fleecing the gullible. I recommend disregarding Omaha's canned response bellow. I find it impossible anyone could be proud of such low grade meat. Tastes like Dog Food grade, and I have sampled dozens of boxes over multiple years.

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They delivered my package to someone else in my neighborhood and when I finally got it everything was inedible due to it not being frozen anymore. Attempted to contact customer service and got no help at all. The person "helping" me was rude and clearly didn't care. I will never buy from this company again.

TOO MUCH contact multiple times daily. While the quality of steaks were above average and their shipping was timely, I will not buy again. These people have sent 6-8 text messages and emails daily, even after unsubscribing. Constantly bothering all devices. buyer beware
