I ordered 6 boxes of mixed meat at… I ordered 6 boxes of mixed meat at around the $ 150 price point. None of them made it for Christmas as promised. No half off coupons as promised and after several phone call and two letters no response fro customer service. Will never order from this company again

Not Worth it I ordered one of their holiday packages, First the positives, The Top Sirloins were absolutely Tasty , Tender, moist, very flavorful. The Garlic rolls, Very Satisfying. The Apple Treats, Excellent, Crispy on the outside crust, Filled with Apple filling. That was the High Lights The Hot dogs were sub standard, I can get a better dog at a convenience store. The burgers were only average at best. Chicken breasts Small Flavorless, Sub Par. And the price Exce$$ive, I would Expect all products to be impressive at this premium price. I will not order again, can get better meat at my local membership club.

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They delivered my package to someone else in my neighborhood and when I finally got it everything was inedible due to it not being frozen anymore. Attempted to contact customer service and got no help at all. The person "helping" me was rude and clearly didn't care. I will never buy from this company again.

Two Omaha steak orders for birthday… Two Omaha steak orders for birthday gifts and both screwed up. My friend received an invoice for her birthday order after the shipment arrived and was paid for via credit card . Now this individual knows how much the gift cost. No apologies

What made my experience great is that I… What made my experience great is that I can count on Omaha's consistent great quality, and how everything comes packed frozen solid.On that note, I am very disappointed the carrier they use"Fedex". I have delivery instructions written on my account that are NEVER followed. Please ring the bell and put delivery on the tables provided. Well , the table part is not the issue. They just NEVER, EVER, ring my bell that is 3ft. from the table. During the summer months this has been our greatest challenge, one that hasn't yet been corrected. Most importantly, Omaha is highly respected and appreciated in our family. During the Pandemic, when we had difficulty getting meat, and poultry, Omaha was there. Just a bit of a critique if I may. Promotions are a bit, consistently boring, and not much for incentives. I think they should target promotions based on what a specific customer uses on a more consistent basis. I mean how many burger promotions can one family utilize? We get the same promos more than twice a day. Not a day goes by, that I can count on having the same promotions in my inbox, and or text messages. I remember instictively when Omaha gave useful cooking tools, that actually were true value, as incentives. That has stopped. Overall, I must say, Omaha Steaks is the go to for consistent quality, and accountability at a competitive price, yet a bit pricey on some. The customer service experience has always been exemplary.
