GBToo many plastic bags Too many plastic bags, can’t recycle the delivery bags and too expensive! Their proposed solution of donating them is good for getting one more use out of them but it is still putting more plastic into the system. There are better eco friendly delivery services available. I’m sad, I used to love fresh direct but they are loosing customers. We need different environmentally safe solutions.

GBAfter getting through the initial CoVid… After getting through the initial CoVid panic trying to get an order/delivery in (not really their fault) we have had excellent service from the first order to our recent. We originally started with them mainly because they had a particular seltzer our local supermarket discontinued selling. However, they have great values...so we ordered more. Pricing is very good. Always delivered on time (we choose the 5am-8am delivery). The produce is picture perfect fresh. Frozen foods are very frozen. Lovely bags we aren't additionally charged for. We have the Delivery Pass which has paid for itself and we are only customers a few months. I highly recommend them. They have exceeded our expectations.

GBFresh direct stinks Do not use or trust them Placed an order for delivery 1pm day before Christmas. Truck shows up with 1 small bag containing 10% of our order - all essential items missing. Called them and they insisted that the missing items were on another truck on its way and would be to us by 9pm. All lies. Never showed up. Useless company. Do not use or trust them.

GBFresh Direct is Awesome! Before, during and after the worst of this Pandemic Fresh Direct and Foodkick are a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, we depended on them and were never let down. This drivers and delivery and warehouse employees deserve Presidential Metals of Freedom. They were and are awesome. This is a fabulous company and they do a great job. Anyone complaining ought to try to take care of four kids a grandmother and a dog and try to do everything. This is an essential service.

GBTerrible useless customer service and bad produce Terrible useless customer service Never get my orders right and send crappy produce and milk that expires the next day Zero delivery slots available for loyal customers, waiting on hold for hours I’m done and I quit fresh direct forever. The absolute worst.
