Fresh direct stinks Do not use or trust them Placed an order for delivery 1pm day before Christmas. Truck shows up with 1 small bag containing 10% of our order - all essential items missing. Called them and they insisted that the missing items were on another truck on its way and would be to us by 9pm. All lies. Never showed up. Useless company. Do not use or trust them.

THEY STEAL YOUR FOOD AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS Out of an order of $100, I received what was worth of $24 (mainly potatoes and pantry items), the rest didn't arrive (pretty much everything that was fresh food). They also canceled the delivery of the frozen food (that part they 'refunded'), but they let me know FOUR HOURS AFTER the delivery had arrived (1/4 of the total stuff, that is..). Called them but got no response (they were supposed to call back after 90 min). Tried a second time and same issue. Decided to just claim through email, and it's already been 5 days since then and ALSO NO RESPONSE.

FreshDirect Review By far, the very best grocery delivery service in the NY metropolitan area. I have been a loyal customer since 2003. They stand by their service and the quality of their food. Their website is easy to navigate and reordering is a snap. I don't know what I would do without them.

Everything is Good or mostly but for Everything is Good or mostly - but for prices. • Being 🔗 of the more mature generation, it’s Strange to see the prices at times. Hopefully they can use there volume purchase advantage to lower the prices to US - More Often Soon. • I take the 1st 🥇 Delivery Slot 🚚 📦 on a week day or Sundays. 6AM to 8AM 🕗 and that works like clock work for me! I have ordered a few times now and I am satisfied. • Their customer service works for me too - but then and again I am an early riser - so as they say the early bird catches the worms. • But then on the flip side the early fishes to feed get hooked too.👍🏽🙏✅🌈

First and Last order I placed my first order, and they screwed it up. I spent 1 hour 20 mins on the phone with a patronising agent who told me my options, none of which were helpful. The whole experience was unpleasant, the website poor and the customer service didn't give me any options which helped me at all. If you want a stressful experience I suggest you try shopping here.
