GBI have used this service for years and… I have used this service for years and it has been generally reliable. In the past few months, the service has been AWFUL. I order for delivery between 10-12 am. They show up at 7:15 without apology because it fits their delivery schedule better since there are so many orders in my building. Was told this would not recur. And it just did. I understand there are worker shortages. But if you will not honor delivery slots, do not offer them

GBFreshDirect Review By far, the very best grocery delivery service in the NY metropolitan area. I have been a loyal customer since 2003. They stand by their service and the quality of their food. Their website is easy to navigate and reordering is a snap. I don't know what I would do without them.

GBorder never arrived order never arrived, and i contact customer service, customer service contacts driver and driver says a woman received my order while the order history on website says "package arrived unattended". spent over an hour to get a refund and reorder just to find out they are gonna charge $30 more for the same item. discount must have ended or something. canceled the order immediately. waste of time.

GBUnimaginably bad customer service. Unimaginably bad customer service. I received a coupon for $50 off my first $100 order, so I placed an order as s new customer. I got an email receipt showing $50 was taken off the bill per my promotion. But then they billed me an extra $50. I emailed them, assuming they would be eager to resolve the issue immediately. By email they said billing issues had to be resolved by phone. So I called. The rep I spoke to told me that for security phone reps do not have access to customer accounts or email. So, according to FreshDirect, they are unable to resolve billing issues by email and unable to resolve them by phone. This shows either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to deceive and overcharge customers. I will never use this company again.

GBAWFUL! AWFUL!! Cancelled my delivery on a Monday after saying it will be two hours late then they say the only day to have it delivered is that Friday. That Friday night after my delivery was supposed to come and customer service says "5 minutes" twice. They CANCEL my order for a second time!!! AWFUL service and treat their customers poorly. ZERO if I could.
