GBFreshDirect Review By far, the very best grocery delivery service in the NY metropolitan area. I have been a loyal customer since 2003. They stand by their service and the quality of their food. Their website is easy to navigate and reordering is a snap. I don't know what I would do without them.

DEFirst and Last order I placed my first order, and they screwed it up. I spent 1 hour 20 mins on the phone with a patronising agent who told me my options, none of which were helpful. The whole experience was unpleasant, the website poor and the customer service didn't give me any options which helped me at all. If you want a stressful experience I suggest you try shopping here.

GBABSOLUTELY THE W O R S T FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE I had to cancel my membership with Freshdirect today, because of the incompetence and lies put forth by their employees, the weekly produce, which is usually rotten, items that are usually left out of my order, the delivery man who can't read simple delivery directions and managers that never call to follow-up. In addition, not one manager tried to save my account, what a bunch of flakes!!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!
