AWFUL! AWFUL!! Cancelled my delivery on a Monday after saying it will be two hours late then they say the only day to have it delivered is that Friday. That Friday night after my delivery was supposed to come and customer service says "5 minutes" twice. They CANCEL my order for a second time!!! AWFUL service and treat their customers poorly. ZERO if I could.

Pleasantly surprised! Fresh direct has been wonderful! Love the selection, the site is easy to navigate & there are some good deals depending on what you buy. Also I absolutely love that they carry good bagels. Out of my 5-10 purchases only one item was missing, and it was easy to mark it missing and got a credit without a problem.

I get what I order but the cooking has… I get what I order but the cooking has become bad. All main course are very spicy and almost uneatable. The food is no longer delivered frozen and arrives all stirred up. You could not recognize lasagna for example. The polenta is so watery that it could be a soup rather than a side dish. Fresh Direct, what happened to you? I am now trying other delivery service.

Hopefully they can use there volume purchase advantage to lower the prices to US - More Often Soon. • I take the 1st 🥇 Delivery Slot 🚚 📦 on a week day or Sundays. 6AM to 8AM 🕗 and that works like clock work for me! I have ordered a few times now and I am satisfied. • Their customer service works for me too - but then and again I am an early riser - so as they say the early bird catches the worms. • But then on the flip side the early fishes to feed get hooked too.👍🏽🙏✅🌈

order never arrived order never arrived, and i contact customer service, customer service contacts driver and driver says a woman received my order while the order history on website says "package arrived unattended". spent over an hour to get a refund and reorder just to find out they are gonna charge $30 more for the same item. discount must have ended or something. canceled the order immediately. waste of time.
