GBBeware of NutriSystem If I could give them a negative review I would. I guess it is my fault but I called in last week and cancelled before my next shipment which was scheduled today the 11th of January. Well it shipped, when I called they had no record of my call, the last one was in March of this year. Wrong. Trying to cancel the plan with them is a nightmare of stupid questions all aimed at trying to retain as many customers as possible. I had deleted my credit card from my account and they charged to it anyway. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and broadcasting this to every social media outlet I can get in touch with.

GBTo get your refund if you are… To get your refund if you are unsatisfied in the first 7 day mean before you even receive your food you need to cancel. If I knew the food was so tasteless I wouldn't have tried it.

GBDeceptive practices, horrible customer service Sent me the wrong food, when I contacted to let them know of their error, they insisted it was my fault and told me as a 'courtesy' they would exchange 10 items. Bad start, told them to forget it and I wanted to return everything for a refund, they charged me $125 cancellation fee. Took 2 months to dispute with credit card company, which I won. Thinking I was stuck with their food, I tried to eat a few items. They hurt my stomach and found more than one piece moldy upon opening. Decided to return everything with their 'money back guarantee, no questions asked'. I received an RMA, sent package at my cost, but was refused a refund until credit card dispute was finalized. Called them once a week until resolved, then they said they never received returned box. I had tracking and proof of delivery, they finally agreed to refund, but would only refund 30% the value of the gift cards used. I am now currently disputing that. It has been a nightmare going into its third month.

GBGarbage company with even worse food Garbage company with even worse food. I should have read more reviews. Everything is EXTREMELY processed and full of bioengineered ingredients. Everything that causes cancer! Cancelled after my first month and they charged me $125 but its cheaper than another $450 for awful food. They scam you with the cancellation fee due to how many people cancel. Its unethical.
