It says a lot when you try to call customer service but there is actually no option to speak with someone in customer service for an established account! Its also impossible to cancel an account on-line. You must submit a request and cross your fingers. Still have not heard back. Its a law suit waiting to happen!

You cannot do it online. You have to do by telephone and the rep continues to try to dissuade you from cancelling. And, to top it off there is a hidden $125 cancellation fee.

Everything that causes cancer! Cancelled after my first month and they charged me $125 but its cheaper than another $450 for awful food. They scam you with the cancellation fee due to how many people cancel. Its unethical.

While the FDA claims these are not harmful nor was the use of Round up that caused cancer. Nutrisystem should be sued on their name alone. "Nutri" might sound healthy but the products are far from healthy. GMO's have been linked to a variety of health problems including cancer.

Lack of quality all around. From food to customer service. This is basically bars and boxed food with little taste. Can't cancel online. They indicate they have a text chat for customer service, but it's just a bot, that pulls information from their FAQ. When you call you are on hold. I'm on hold 40 minutes so far, probably because I indicted I want to cancel account. If I said I was new customer I'm sure they would answer right away. Steer clear of this and work on your own to lose the weight.
