So ever deliver easy has unprofessional… So ever deliver easy has unprofessional staff which includes Area co-ordinator and someone MAX, Been almost 2 weeks, have sent all the required documents, completed and pass quizzes available on platform, emailed max and called given number. However no one is responding or updating where the application is at? Very disappointed. Useless people.

Extra charges after purchase is made Extra charges not listed while making the purchase and then when I called customer service to inquire about the charges, they hung up on me to delay the cancellation until it couldn't be made. It was $2 but they hope you won't do anything about it. Super sketchy. Don't use delivery.com

DO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR… DO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR ANYTHING!!!! I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf! These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I was trying to send food to someone in the hospital. I placed the order an hour before the restaurant closed. The order was taken and I was charged immediately. The first delivery driver canceled and they could not find anyone else to make the delivery before the place closed. Rather than reach out to me, I had to call them to find this out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within twenty four hours. It has now been over a week. To make matter worse, I later received an email claiming that they didn't complete the order because the restaurant closed early, which is clearly a lie.

Wrong item again Spent almost $100 for 3 meals delivered from Red Rooster, of course they got the order wrong, again, i don't know what to suggest to improve as it keeps on happening. Just to add to it, they put too much water in the mash potatoes, more like a soup than a mash. My solution to fix the problem is to not order from there again.
