GBDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I was trying to send food to someone in the hospital. I placed the order an hour before the restaurant closed. The order was taken and I was charged immediately. The first delivery driver canceled and they could not find anyone else to make the delivery before the place closed. Rather than reach out to me, I had to call them to find this out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within twenty four hours. It has now been over a week. To make matter worse, I later received an email claiming that they didn't complete the order because the restaurant closed early, which is clearly a lie.

NZSo ever deliver easy has unprofessional… So ever deliver easy has unprofessional staff which includes Area co-ordinator and someone MAX, Been almost 2 weeks, have sent all the required documents, completed and pass quizzes available on platform, emailed max and called given number. However no one is responding or updating where the application is at? Very disappointed. Useless people.

GBOutstanding delivery service! We tried delivery.com last weekend for the first time. Our experience was so positive due to our awesome delivery driver, Cathi! We live deep in a snowy/icy canyon in the Rockies so the drive is a tricky one. Cathi arrived when expected and was a ray of sunshine - so pleasant, upbeat, friendly and professional. She’s a true Rockstar and such a great representative for delivery.com. High five to Cathi! Because of our outstanding experience we’ll be using delivery.com exclusively from this point forward. (Hopefully we’ll get Cathi again!)

GBAbsolutely the worst customer service… Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Issues trying to order, the order wasn’t ready when promised, and then my card was charged twice! I contacted them and although I sent my card statement showing a double charge, they insisted that I was only charged once. Thankfully my credit card company was on the ball and helped me dispute the charge. 5 stars for capital one, zero stars for delivery.com.

GBIf I could leave no stars I definitely… If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Placed my order at 530 pm, had to call at 7 pm because I had never gotten a confirmation email. Finally got my confirmation email, had to call at almost 9 pm because I still had not revieved food. They then proceed to fell me oh sorry your order has been cancelled but only because I called to check what was going on. Terrible service.
