Worst possible service I've ever received and all their representatives would say is we cant credit it cause it's being made. Lmao never again. Should have done ubereats instead smh 😕. Delivery.com is a total scam!!!

GBOne of the worst delivery food service… One of the worst delivery food service platforms I’ve ever used. If there is a problem with your food they will not refund until they speak with the merchant if the merchant lies about your food or order they honor their response and not the customers. Will never use them again I’ll continue to use grub hub

GBDO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR… DO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR ANYTHING!!!! I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf! These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!

GBOutstanding delivery service! We tried delivery.com last weekend for the first time. Our experience was so positive due to our awesome delivery driver, Cathi! We live deep in a snowy/icy canyon in the Rockies so the drive is a tricky one. Cathi arrived when expected and was a ray of sunshine - so pleasant, upbeat, friendly and professional. She’s a true Rockstar and such a great representative for delivery.com. High five to Cathi! Because of our outstanding experience we’ll be using delivery.com exclusively from this point forward. (Hopefully we’ll get Cathi again!)

GBOrdered food Ordered food, went to pick up and restaurant said they are not affiliated with delivery.com and that the service knows it but keeps taking customer orders anyway. Called for a refund and was given one but the person was very rude. Refund is going to take 5 days. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this garbage “provider”.
