Wrong item again Spent almost $100 for 3 meals delivered from Red Rooster, of course they got the order wrong, again, i don't know what to suggest to improve as it keeps on happening. Just to add to it, they put too much water in the mash potatoes, more like a soup than a mash. My solution to fix the problem is to not order from there again.

I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf! These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!

Absolutely the worst customer service… Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Issues trying to order, the order wasn’t ready when promised, and then my card was charged twice! I contacted them and although I sent my card statement showing a double charge, they insisted that I was only charged once. Thankfully my credit card company was on the ball and helped me dispute the charge. 5 stars for capital one, zero stars for delivery.com.

terrible service terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible infastructure. there is zero reason they need a pickup option for a third-party service called "delivery.com." tried to fix my order but FAQ says to contact merchant yet merchant can't do anything since it's ordered through a third party service.
