terrible service terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible infastructure. there is zero reason they need a pickup option for a third-party service called "delivery.com." tried to fix my order but FAQ says to contact merchant yet merchant can't do anything since it's ordered through a third party service.

So ever deliver easy has unprofessional… So ever deliver easy has unprofessional staff which includes Area co-ordinator and someone MAX, Been almost 2 weeks, have sent all the required documents, completed and pass quizzes available on platform, emailed max and called given number. However no one is responding or updating where the application is at? Very disappointed. Useless people.

missing items, horrific customer service, no attempt to correct it missing items, wrong items, staying in hotel requested plates and silverware only 2 forks no plates went on chat with customer service, useless! did not address or look into anything said they couldn't bring me items missing and would decide in 24-48 hours if i would get a refund for missing items?? I didnt want refund i wanted food i ordered!!! worst customer service ever from tawfeeeq! rude and sarcastic

One of the worst delivery food service… One of the worst delivery food service platforms I’ve ever used. If there is a problem with your food they will not refund until they speak with the merchant if the merchant lies about your food or order they honor their response and not the customers. Will never use them again I’ll continue to use grub hub

Extra charges after purchase is made Extra charges not listed while making the purchase and then when I called customer service to inquire about the charges, they hung up on me to delay the cancellation until it couldn't be made. It was $2 but they hope you won't do anything about it. Super sketchy. Don't use delivery.com
