GBterrible service terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible infastructure. there is zero reason they need a pickup option for a third-party service called "delivery.com." tried to fix my order but FAQ says to contact merchant yet merchant can't do anything since it's ordered through a third party service.

GBWould give zero star if I could Would give zero star if I could. Apparently they dont credit your account or refund it " since the restaurant started making your orders". Worst possible service I've ever received and all their representatives would say is we cant credit it cause it's being made. Lmao never again. Should have done ubereats instead smh 😕. Delivery.com is a total scam!!!

GBDon't waste your time. This is the 2nd time the driver didn't have my full address as input into the delivery address in addition to my order being incorrect. Something is wrong with the way the order moved from their site to the restaurant and also to the driver. I will not be using delivery.com again. When I reached out through the chat, the person said to wait while they got in contact with the restaurant and didn't tell me the manager was going to call me and after I got off of the phone, whoever was on the chat did not check to make sure everything was resolved but instead left the chat. I hope I actually see the refund that the manager said he would reverse since there's no documentation now.

GBIf I could leave no stars I definitely… If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Placed my order at 530 pm, had to call at 7 pm because I had never gotten a confirmation email. Finally got my confirmation email, had to call at almost 9 pm because I still had not revieved food. They then proceed to fell me oh sorry your order has been cancelled but only because I called to check what was going on. Terrible service.

GBCONSUMER BEWARE!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Delivery .com is a scam. Thought I was on the restaurants site. I ordered & picked up & the fee on/line was $10 more than the restaurant bill. FOR WHAT??? I picked it up. All delivery.com did was add prices to the restaurants prices for providing ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. They just deceived & intercepted the search on web, thinking you are ordering from the restaurant. And even if you look at the icon it states “No service fee” deceptive trade practices going on here. Hope the AG of NY shuts you down!
