If I could leave no stars I definitely… If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Placed my order at 530 pm, had to call at 7 pm because I had never gotten a confirmation email. Finally got my confirmation email, had to call at almost 9 pm because I still had not revieved food. They then proceed to fell me oh sorry your order has been cancelled but only because I called to check what was going on. Terrible service.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Delivery .com is a scam. Thought I was on the restaurants site. I ordered & picked up & the fee on/line was $10 more than the restaurant bill. FOR WHAT??? I picked it up. All delivery.com did was add prices to the restaurants prices for providing ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. They just deceived & intercepted the search on web, thinking you are ordering from the restaurant. And even if you look at the icon it states “No service fee” deceptive trade practices going on here. Hope the AG of NY shuts you down!

Ordered food Ordered food, went to pick up and restaurant said they are not affiliated with delivery.com and that the service knows it but keeps taking customer orders anyway. Called for a refund and was given one but the person was very rude. Refund is going to take 5 days. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this garbage “provider”.

Worst possible service I've ever received and all their representatives would say is we cant credit it cause it's being made. Lmao never again. Should have done ubereats instead smh 😕. Outstanding delivery service! We tried delivery.com last weekend for the first time. Our experience was so positive due to our awesome delivery driver, Cathi! We live deep in a snowy/icy canyon in the Rockies so the drive is a tricky one. Cathi arrived when expected and was a ray of sunshine - so pleasant, upbeat, friendly and professional. She’s a true Rockstar and such a great representative for delivery.com. High five to Cathi! Because of our outstanding experience we’ll be using delivery.com exclusively from this point forward. (Hopefully we’ll get Cathi again!)
