GBActual shipping took much longer than expected Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.

ESThey delivered...after 3.5 months Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =) -- Previous review: Kept sending links to post tracking but the links never indicated a parcel was on its way. It’s been 3 months now and my credit card won’t open a dispute because too much time has elapsed. They keep you talking until the time expires.

ISI became a customer of Shutterfly by… I became a customer of Shutterfly by default when Kodak went out of business some years ago. At first their promotions were fair and 50% off actually meant 50% off. No longer - it's 50% off parts of an order not the entire project. If you are not a US customer, delivery is not free and can be quite expensive. The company is not really responsive to inquiries about "discounts" that are meant to induce customers to purchase, but are effectively less than they advertise. I have made a number of costly photo books with Shutterfly and I am increasingly unhappy with the experience. There are other less expensive providers - I am searching them out and suggest others do the same.

GBTerrible customer services I placed an order of 3 bottles of fish oil on 8/27, have not yet received my shipment after 2 weeks. My emal inquiry was never returned. Finally got hold of someone in customer services who had no clue where my order was. Eventually someone called back to inform me that manufacture shipped them the wrong products and do I want to cancel the order all together since it won't arrive on time before my oversea trip. The customer service girl has a terrible attitude. Their manager hasn't yet returned my phone call. Unbelievable!

GBDO NOT order from this scam company I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. SCAM company. They took my money and i never heard from them. I can’t track my order because i never received a confirmation. I will dispute the cheaters with my bank. Buyer beware!!!
