GBSCAM COMPANY!! SCAM COMPANy!!! I placed 2 orders the same day over a month ago going to separate addresses, both said they shipped after I ordered, but neither order has been received. Tracking link says there isn’t anything . They don’t answer the phone except with voice mail, they don’t respond to emails as they say. I would leave NO stars if that was an option.

CADO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do. Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever. Still haven't received my order.

ESThey delivered...after 3.5 months Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =) -- Previous review: Kept sending links to post tracking but the links never indicated a parcel was on its way. It’s been 3 months now and my credit card won’t open a dispute because too much time has elapsed. They keep you talking until the time expires.

GBThis company is not to be trusted I… This company is not to be trusted I placed an order on 9/17 it's exactly 3 weeks later I don't even have a tracking number. I have left voicemails that have not been returned, I finally sent an email and got an automated response about Covid shipping delays and stating that I will receive a tracking number this was on 10/2 and I'm still to receive . Please order from a better company!

GBDon't know how to run a business Placed an order in March, items were back ordered and didn't know if or when they were coming in, so I cancelled the order. Four months later, they send me shipping notification of one item, but not the ones that had been on back order all this time, and then charged me shipping for that item because the order no longer met the free shipping amount. Horrible business. Now I've got to convince my credit card company to not charge me and not pay them.
