Bogus tracking links Didn't think to research reviews before I ordered. My experience is similar to everyone elses. Made an order 5 days ago, they sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which says...nothing useful...I emailed them that the tracking link does not work and after two emails they responded with a status and a USPS number...clicked the link and this is the message.... "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." Will try again later

Actual shipping took much longer than expected Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.

Complete disaster! I totally agree with all previous reviews. This company is awful!!!! Not sure how they actually survived and stay in business. Forget all advertisement on their site. I placed an order a month ago and no one even bother to let me know that my product is out of stock. No, I had an electronic reply that I will receive it in 5-7 business days. only after I contacted them I got a notification" Oops we will send you your tracking later today! Complete disaster!!!!

Waiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.

DO NOT order from this scam company I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. SCAM company. They took my money and i never heard from them. I can’t track my order because i never received a confirmation. I will dispute the cheaters with my bank. Buyer beware!!!
