USActual shipping took much longer than expected Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.

USWaiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.

CAdont trust They dont even have a legitimate email address , [email protected] and the customer service rep doesnt disclose their name. Paid for an order and never recieved it. They said they werent responsible since I chose standard shipping which has no tracking number. They will soon go out business

CADO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do. Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever. Still haven't received my order.

USTerrible customer services I placed an order of 3 bottles of fish oil on 8/27, have not yet received my shipment after 2 weeks. My emal inquiry was never returned. Finally got hold of someone in customer services who had no clue where my order was. Eventually someone called back to inform me that manufacture shipped them the wrong products and do I want to cancel the order all together since it won't arrive on time before my oversea trip. The customer service girl has a terrible attitude. Their manager hasn't yet returned my phone call. Unbelievable!
