Loving this formula My baby loves the Hipp Dutch Formula from this company and I love knowing that he’s getting a clean, nutritionally complete formula. Excellent customer service and fast efficient delivery is also a bonus. I find this formula is also very reasonably priced when comparing to popular brands that I used to buy in store. A box was missing in my shipment A box was missing in my shipment. I contacted customer service, expecting to have to wait a few days for a response and ready for a typical customer service run around - that didn't happen. Ana responded to my email in 30 minutes! She responded with care and concern, which came across as quite genuine and put my mind at ease about the shipment (this product is not cheap!) and about dealing with this company in the future.
