GGBe aware Be aware. Unfortunately, I signed up over 4 years ago and received one plan that was not good for me. and forgot about the whole Keto thing. I forgot about the Keto thing because I never heard from them ever again. However Keto has been charging me the last 4 years. Even though on their records would show I have received nothing and they have given me nothing except taken my money.

CASo far so good It's been only 10 days but so far so good. I lost 5lb and I feel like I lost mostly in the midsection which is great. PROS: the app is easy to use. It is very flexible when it comes to entering your meals, you can add from the propsed meal plan, add your own too. The meal plan looks good but I use mainly for inspiration (I like my own). If you use and stick to the meal plan it would be even easier. CONS: it doesn't not synch to fitbit or other step counting apps. It doesn't not take into account your calories burned from exercising or walking. I tried to enter it manually but it doesn't work. I am on 1350 calories which I find challenging, so I wish I could have some extra calories from my workout and see it on the app.

CAOnce you get through the first week or… Once you get through the first week or so it becomes so much easier. Cravings are gone; you almost have to remind yourself to eat. The email words of encouragement really help a lot -- keep you motivated and strong. Have lost 18 pounds in the first month!!

GBOverall very good app Great recipes and a very wide variety of options to choose from. Easy tracking of intake and symptoms. Wish they could build their restaurant selection to make tracking eating out easier. Search feature to change out meal suggestions doesn't always pull up everything. Purchased their dessert recipe book and it doesn't pull in their own dessert recipes, so I have to create a meal entry for them. Need to add a dessert meal type. Need guidance for when constructin your own meals and info like how much animal protein, etc to eat per week. 15lbs lost in 4 weeks.

NLBe carefull with subscriptions!!!! When you subscribe for a two month only, they STILL take money for ANOTHER two months!!!! Despite my complaints, they refuse to refund! Be careful, you subcribe for TWO MONTHS, but they KEEP RENEWING AND CHARGING!!!!!
