NZGreat program… I’ve done Keto and Exercise through another App and while I lost a lot of weight the food was VERY repetitive. I became extremely bored and lacked motivation to continue my journey. When I found Keto Cycle I was amazed by the food choices. I could actually cook something rather than just meat and vegetables. All the recipes I’ve made have been tasty and I’m really enjoying creating my meals again. I’m now motivated to continue my journey!!

LVKeto teaches me a new recipes Keto teaches me a new recipes, for sure. Somehow desire for sweets is gone. Occasionally I struggle with lack of time for all the good recipes to be prepared, starting from shoping until cooking. Seldom it happens, that preparing one portion gets done for double, so lunch = dinner :) How do I add morning coffes to menu, with teaspoon of butter and teaspoon of honey ? Nothing more for breakfest.

GGBe aware Be aware. Unfortunately, I signed up over 4 years ago and received one plan that was not good for me. and forgot about the whole Keto thing. I forgot about the Keto thing because I never heard from them ever again. However Keto has been charging me the last 4 years. Even though on their records would show I have received nothing and they have given me nothing except taken my money.

CASo far so good It's been only 10 days but so far so good. I lost 5lb and I feel like I lost mostly in the midsection which is great. PROS: the app is easy to use. It is very flexible when it comes to entering your meals, you can add from the propsed meal plan, add your own too. The meal plan looks good but I use mainly for inspiration (I like my own). If you use and stick to the meal plan it would be even easier. CONS: it doesn't not synch to fitbit or other step counting apps. It doesn't not take into account your calories burned from exercising or walking. I tried to enter it manually but it doesn't work. I am on 1350 calories which I find challenging, so I wish I could have some extra calories from my workout and see it on the app.

CAReally quite good so far Well I like the meal plans, they are delicious, and variety is great and they are pretty easy to make. I also like how you can track steps ,and log water intake
