Overall very good app Great recipes and a very wide variety of options to choose from. Easy tracking of intake and symptoms. Wish they could build their restaurant selection to make tracking eating out easier. Search feature to change out meal suggestions doesn't always pull up everything. Purchased their dessert recipe book and it doesn't pull in their own dessert recipes, so I have to create a meal entry for them. Need to add a dessert meal type. Need guidance for when constructin your own meals and info like how much animal protein, etc to eat per week. 15lbs lost in 4 weeks.

American names v English ones Hi, because I am from UK, the ingredients can sometimes be difficult to log due to naming differences ( double cream v heavy cream, French beans v green beans, gerkins v pickle etc. and bar code scanner frequently does not work even when I enter manually. (Full fat Greek yogurt) I can’t seem to find. I don’t really follow suggested meals as I have two cooking books and like to choose my own, so need to log everything. Overall, it is great though. Keto teaches me a new recipes Keto teaches me a new recipes, for sure. Somehow desire for sweets is gone. Occasionally I struggle with lack of time for all the good recipes to be prepared, starting from shoping until cooking. Seldom it happens, that preparing one portion gets done for double, so lunch = dinner :) How do I add morning coffes to menu, with teaspoon of butter and teaspoon of honey ? Nothing more for breakfest.

Once you get through the first week or… Once you get through the first week or so it becomes so much easier. Cravings are gone; you almost have to remind yourself to eat. The email words of encouragement really help a lot -- keep you motivated and strong. Have lost 18 pounds in the first month!!

This stuff tastes great! This stuff tastes great. No after/chalky taste and tastes just like chocolate milk. I like to mix ice and my fiber powder with it. Fiber powder pairs really well with it! Was really pleasantly surprised!
