GBAmerican names v English ones Hi, because I am from UK, the ingredients can sometimes be difficult to log due to naming differences ( double cream v heavy cream, French beans v green beans, gerkins v pickle etc. and bar code scanner frequently does not work even when I enter manually. (Full fat Greek yogurt) I can’t seem to find. I don’t really follow suggested meals as I have two cooking books and like to choose my own, so need to log everything. Overall, it is great though. CAReally quite good so far Well I like the meal plans, they are delicious, and variety is great and they are pretty easy to make. I also like how you can track steps ,and log water intake

NZGreat program… I’ve done Keto and Exercise through another App and while I lost a lot of weight the food was VERY repetitive. I became extremely bored and lacked motivation to continue my journey. When I found Keto Cycle I was amazed by the food choices. I could actually cook something rather than just meat and vegetables. All the recipes I’ve made have been tasty and I’m really enjoying creating my meals again. I’m now motivated to continue my journey!!

GBVery Dissatisfied I purchased this app in the morning, tried using it and got very frustrated. Its app development is terrible. The meal plans and recipes don’t easily adjust for number of servings and it’s impossible to delete meals you want to skip; you can only change them. I contacted customer service to get a refund a few hours later. They said they do not give refunds, even though I’m very disappointed. TERRIBLE policy! If you are looking for a solid, user-friendly app, go with CarbManager. It’s also a fraction of the price!

GGBe aware Be aware. Unfortunately, I signed up over 4 years ago and received one plan that was not good for me. and forgot about the whole Keto thing. I forgot about the Keto thing because I never heard from them ever again. However Keto has been charging me the last 4 years. Even though on their records would show I have received nothing and they have given me nothing except taken my money.
