GBLove my Alpaca slippers I received my order a little later than I expected. Though, this happens with other companies too. My Alpaca slippers are the best, my wife and I are keeping our feet warm and cozy. These were replacement my wife bought elsewhere years ago. These are a much higher quality product for a lower price. yay!

GBNegative stars Negative stars - My first order took over 2 months to get and my second over a month and it was delivered to Washington DC even though I live in Los Angeles. Customer Service is terrible, non-responsive. I just want all my money back and my membership money back - don't waste your time or money with this company

GBTasty with a side of poor communication The products themselves were very tasty. However, there was about a few weeks delay in shipping with no email or notification sent out to customers. I emailed them at which point they let me know of a shortage in dry ice. The product was shipped the following week.
