Don’t even bother Don’t even bother. I order was NOTHING like the coat pictured. Took over six weeks to arrive. Refused a refund. Can’t even speak to customer service. All over email. Scammed.

The shipping team put Bavarian pretzels at the bottom of the box and they were pretty much trashed when the box arrived. I’ve asked what can be done about it and have not received a reply. Considering cancellation of my membership.

All items secure and delicious In the past, some of the items had been poorly packed. Seems like they worked on that issue and everything was secured and in great condition! Always happy to see them improve and act on feedback.

Shipping times are crazy long Shipping times are crazy long. I decided to cancel my multiple orders and they said I would receive a refund in 5-7 Business Days however after two follow up emails they still have not cancelled or refunded my orders. Will be submitting a claim with my credit card company now.
