Worst customer experience! If I could rate it minus star, I would. I placed an order on 8 November 2023 and was promptly asked to pay, which I did. Since then, I have not received any products. I have requested a full refund, to which my emails go unanswered. My registered letter was also not picked up and thus returned to me. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Any company should listen to their customer feedback and take it seriously. There is a red flag that so many people have had the same experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied - would not recommend - will not use then again. Just shameful.

Excellent products-Will order again Excellent products. Once I had the contact (WhatsApp) number, all flowed seamlessly. Very friendly service and was a pleasure to receive the top-quality products. +: Good selection, great service, delivered fresh in a well-suited box -: I didn't set a delivery time proposal but will know better next time (my fault)

I wish I had read the reviews before… I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I passed an order in September 2023. I amended the order to add products in October. When I contacted the company again in October to inquire about when the order would be delivered, they replied to tell me that they were having an issue ordering certain products. That was the last time I heard from them, despite writing three times (in December, January and February) and calling several times to ask for updates. (Calls and voicemails go unanswered.) This is a total scam.

Shipping delays The seller answers emails with delay, he promised a new delivery date but nothing happened. I have ordered from this seller before with no problem and I do not understand why the quality of the service degraded since the last time I have ordered. UPDATE: looks like the order has been shipped. I don't have an issue with delays, it is a widespread problem these days but I think the seller can improve the communication with clients: reply faster to e-mails and give more realistic timelines for the delivery. If it is all good with the order I would order from this seller again.

I was wondering where my order was #2216 I was wondering where my order was, expecting it would have arrived by now. It was by chance I came across these comments and reviews. And now I dread I've been conned and my christmas will be ruined by these people. I have emailed them but have no reply!! Not many positive reviews here, and perhaps written by themselves. So to be honest I'm not going to waste my breath on this one, but let my lawyers handle the matter. Do not go near these people, Only use the 2 Brit online shops who are far far better, honourable and trustworthy, than these, even if they do not offer certain things A very disgruntled customer.
