Dodgy operation-buyer beware Ordered at beginning of December. Payment by Twint confirmed by company, so they got their money. Delivery on 23 December, over 50% of the items i ordered not included. No response since then from the company to several polite e mails and a phone call. Even allowing for Christmas rush and errors, still crap service and unprofessional. probably just fly by night mob who cant actually manage all the orders and deliveries properly.

I was wondering where my order was #2216 I was wondering where my order was, expecting it would have arrived by now. It was by chance I came across these comments and reviews. And now I dread I've been conned and my christmas will be ruined by these people. I have emailed them but have no reply!! Not many positive reviews here, and perhaps written by themselves. So to be honest I'm not going to waste my breath on this one, but let my lawyers handle the matter. Do not go near these people, Only use the 2 Brit online shops who are far far better, honourable and trustworthy, than these, even if they do not offer certain things A very disgruntled customer. This is a fraudulent business This is a fraudulent business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a complete scam you will loose your money and not receive your order! I made an order on October 30th and still haven’t received it or the refund I requested. I emailed countless times, asking for a refund still nothing. This is a completely fraudulent company and I regret trusting them.

Excellent products-Will order again Excellent products. Once I had the contact (WhatsApp) number, all flowed seamlessly. Very friendly service and was a pleasure to receive the top-quality products. +: Good selection, great service, delivered fresh in a well-suited box -: I didn't set a delivery time proposal but will know better next time (my fault)

Shipping delays The seller answers emails with delay, he promised a new delivery date but nothing happened. I have ordered from this seller before with no problem and I do not understand why the quality of the service degraded since the last time I have ordered. UPDATE: looks like the order has been shipped. I don't have an issue with delays, it is a widespread problem these days but I think the seller can improve the communication with clients: reply faster to e-mails and give more realistic timelines for the delivery. If it is all good with the order I would order from this seller again.
