CHI wish I had read the reviews before… I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I passed an order in September 2023. I amended the order to add products in October. When I contacted the company again in October to inquire about when the order would be delivered, they replied to tell me that they were having an issue ordering certain products. That was the last time I heard from them, despite writing three times (in December, January and February) and calling several times to ask for updates. (Calls and voicemails go unanswered.) This is a total scam.

CHMaybe it was just first time blips Maybe it was just first time blips, try again later when it's not so hectic. Communication was poor and receiving goods which had been frozen because they were overdate is not on. Also meat product was on it's last day when it arrived. Replacing products for others, without informing the customer isn't so great either. Otherwise friendly service, that's why I gave a 3 and not a 2.

CHPotentially a great company once well established I ordered some Bacon and crumpets at te beginning of January. Paid full by credit card for the order. Was supposed to receive the order January 23rd. Tried to contact them via email and phone and through there AI bot on ther site. Got a brief response saying they experienced a split to there orders from UK and they will pick my order soon. Max gave me a full refund on request and has offered to complete the order ASAP and get cash payment on receipt of the goods. I hope this can work as its a great concept, i guess everyone experiences teething troubles so im going to give him a chance.

CHDelayed delivery Made an order end February, paid 9th March. Stopped receiving any updates after this. I asked for an update on the 15th, 22nd and eventually asked for a refund on 24th due to no responses. Update- I did receive my order and there was a problem with my requests for updates being spam filtered. I didn’t love the service or delivery times, but there were mitigating circumstances.

CHWorst customer experience! If I could rate it minus star, I would. I placed an order on 8 November 2023 and was promptly asked to pay, which I did. Since then, I have not received any products. I have requested a full refund, to which my emails go unanswered. My registered letter was also not picked up and thus returned to me. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Any company should listen to their customer feedback and take it seriously. There is a red flag that so many people have had the same experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied - would not recommend - will not use then again. Just shameful.
