GBProduct arrived late Product arrived late. I contacted the company and they never responded. Being it is something that should be refrigerated, I chose trash the product since I wasn't able to find out if it would be safe to eat. Really disappointed.

GBGreat Customer Response and Service! I am very pleased with the customer service I received with my order. I ordered on Sunday but didn't look carefully at the amount of ML I ordered. I wanted 500ML of oil, but inadvertently ordered 250ML. I wrote Caviar Lover immediately and explained what I had done. They reviewed my request, changed my order to the size Olive Oil I wanted and sent out the order. I must say, I am very happy with their expediency! Thank you very much!

GBThe package came late from the… The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK

GBAny customer experience is created by… Any customer experience is created by the people. Nelly was really wonderful, went above and beyond. When everything goes well, its not noticable. When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

GBGreat company!! Great company!!! Placed an order with a specific delivery date, it came on time with no problems. Got a variety of caviar, they were all of excellent quality. Will be ordering from them again!!!
