USCaviar Lover we like but they are disorganized. We love Caviar Lover and are loyal customers. However, this holiday year we had several problems with orders going to wrong addresses and orders arriving that were not complete. We had to call multiple times to sort this out and each time we were told "don't worry we have it covered" but the fact is...they did not have it covered. They made multiple mistakes that became a time consuming problem for us. Not to mention the fact that I was relying on these products for a holiday dinner and had to run to the store last minute and make a whole new meal plan. In any case, they did send a complimentary caviar as an apology so as of now they have retained my business. But be warned y'all, Caviar Lover is extremely disorganized.

USI wish I could rate you higher I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve. Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...

USExcellent Experience All Around My husband loves caviar so I purchased three jars from your site. He now knows the taste difference between beluga and lump fish caviar. Finding what I wanted was easy on your webpage (your descriptions helped in my decision-making), and you offer a better price for blinis than other online stores. The caviar arrived on time, well packaged and chilled. We are very satisfied with the experience.

USExcellent service Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues. I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.
