I wish I could rate you higher I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve. Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...

When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.
