The package came late from the… The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK

The caviar and other products purchased… The caviar and other products purchased were of quality, and tasted very good. Packaging was very good, and the customer service was also excellent. It was unfortunate that the duck foie gras (depleted stock) could not be delivered, but my account will be credited. I am very satisfied and will be ordering products again in the near future.

Great Customer Response and Service! I am very pleased with the customer service I received with my order. I ordered on Sunday but didn't look carefully at the amount of ML I ordered. I wanted 500ML of oil, but inadvertently ordered 250ML. I wrote Caviar Lover immediately and explained what I had done. They reviewed my request, changed my order to the size Olive Oil I wanted and sent out the order. I must say, I am very happy with their expediency! Thank you very much!

I wish I could rate you higher I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve. Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...
