USGreat Customer Response and Service! I am very pleased with the customer service I received with my order. I ordered on Sunday but didn't look carefully at the amount of ML I ordered. I wanted 500ML of oil, but inadvertently ordered 250ML. I wrote Caviar Lover immediately and explained what I had done. They reviewed my request, changed my order to the size Olive Oil I wanted and sent out the order. I must say, I am very happy with their expediency! Thank you very much!

USExcellent products Excellent products! I entertained a very important funder at an early brunch... and she enjoyed the grazing station. But was really impressed by the quality of the foie gras and sevruga! I made the impression I aimed for! Can't wait to host my next brunch meeting. I will definitely order more goodies to serve!!!

USProduct arrived late Product arrived late. I contacted the company and they never responded. Being it is something that should be refrigerated, I chose trash the product since I wasn't able to find out if it would be safe to eat. Really disappointed.

USThe caviar and other products purchased… The caviar and other products purchased were of quality, and tasted very good. Packaging was very good, and the customer service was also excellent. It was unfortunate that the duck foie gras (depleted stock) could not be delivered, but my account will be credited. I am very satisfied and will be ordering products again in the near future.

USEXCELLENT PURCHASE! This is the first time I've purchased through this site, but the prices were great, shipped overnight, it was a gift for my parents so I haven't tried it yet so I can't speak for the quality, but so far they just love it. Unfortunately no baskets had champagne, which is fine, I bought a bottle of Veuve Clicquot which they love (better than paying for champagne they won't drink). I will definitely be purchasing gifts again through Bemka and I'll be purchasing for myself as well! Great job... came through during the holiday like Champs!
