Excellent service Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues. I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.

Product arrived late Product arrived late. I contacted the company and they never responded. Being it is something that should be refrigerated, I chose trash the product since I wasn't able to find out if it would be safe to eat. Really disappointed.

The package came late from the… The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK

Excellent execution Excellent execution. I went to Caviar Lover after my 2 normal caviar sources could not fulfill my New Year's Eve request. The website was very intuitive and easy to navigate. I ordered my 4 ounces quickly with an arrival date of 12/31 before noon. It arrived before noon and was packaged perfectly with no waste as my other sources normally do. Well done and now you have a new customer for life. Cheers!
