EXCELLENT PURCHASE! This is the first time I've purchased through this site, but the prices were great, shipped overnight, it was a gift for my parents so I haven't tried it yet so I can't speak for the quality, but so far they just love it. Unfortunately no baskets had champagne, which is fine, I bought a bottle of Veuve Clicquot which they love (better than paying for champagne they won't drink). I will definitely be purchasing gifts again through Bemka and I'll be purchasing for myself as well! Great job... came through during the holiday like Champs!

Caviar Lover we like but they are disorganized. We love Caviar Lover and are loyal customers. However, this holiday year we had several problems with orders going to wrong addresses and orders arriving that were not complete. We had to call multiple times to sort this out and each time we were told "don't worry we have it covered" but the fact is...they did not have it covered. They made multiple mistakes that became a time consuming problem for us. Not to mention the fact that I was relying on these products for a holiday dinner and had to run to the store last minute and make a whole new meal plan. In any case, they did send a complimentary caviar as an apology so as of now they have retained my business. But be warned y'all, Caviar Lover is extremely disorganized.

Excellent execution Excellent execution. I went to Caviar Lover after my 2 normal caviar sources could not fulfill my New Year's Eve request. The website was very intuitive and easy to navigate. I ordered my 4 ounces quickly with an arrival date of 12/31 before noon. It arrived before noon and was packaged perfectly with no waste as my other sources normally do. Well done and now you have a new customer for life. Cheers!

Any customer experience is created by… Any customer experience is created by the people. Nelly was really wonderful, went above and beyond. When everything goes well, its not noticable. When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

The package came late from the… The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK
