2nd Time Placing an order This is my 2nd time placing an order. Honestly can't fault the value for money and delivery time, both are excellent.

Good quality and friendly staff The children’s costumes were perfect, I couldn’t believe the quality and the delivery was fast too. I was unsure on sizing but was assisted on chat and the lady was so helpful. Will definitely be ordering again for halloween!

Came quick and great value Needed a wig for a character, came as described and super quick (quicker than expected). For the price it was great value.

Very impressed I’m surprised the reviews before me had bad experiences. I received the wrong costume and the wrong size. I emailed them and the next day they shipped the correct costume. I was nervous until it got here yesterday. They also stayed in contact the whole time. Great way to do business. They definitely gained a new customer. Thank you Family Halloween store.

Great product, bad customer service, crappy tracking app. Website was easy to use and order from. Product came on time and as described. Lost a star due to having to use a 3rd party app to track package. I thought the package was going to be late as the app had the status as "order received not shipped" io until I got the "delivered" notification. Also when I messaged, called and tried to use the web chat I got no response from FHS!😡
