Good selection snd value for money I ordered a costume for a Halloween Party. It was good value for money and delivery was fast. All in all I was impressed with the selection of costumes and decorations on offer and would purchase from here again.

Bad customer service Paid for next day delivery and it turns up 4 days late, customer service seems to be nonexistent as I emailed them and got no reply. Received a reply this morning from their Facebook page telling me to send an email to sort it which I already did and had no response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst Halloween store I ordered a full costume and never received it. Instead they only sent me a mask, which I did not order. I'm trying to return it and get a full refund. And, I have not received a response from this company, which I have emailed twice. Never ordering from this company.
