Do not order with them, worst customer service Worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and one of the items I got was different from the one I ordered in their shop online. I tried contacting the customer service by email, phone, live chat and Facebook. They have never replied. I would never order with them again.

Bad customer service Paid for next day delivery and it turns up 4 days late, customer service seems to be nonexistent as I emailed them and got no reply. Received a reply this morning from their Facebook page telling me to send an email to sort it which I already did and had no response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst Halloween store I ordered a full costume and never received it. Instead they only sent me a mask, which I did not order. I'm trying to return it and get a full refund. And, I have not received a response from this company, which I have emailed twice. Never ordering from this company.
