They sent the wrong color of product and customer service won't reply via email, website form or chat over the course of weeks, and they haven't gotten back to me about a return after a week of using their return process. Sadly, I suggest avoiding them.

GBOrdering Towels, Round one I'm excited about trying out these towels as I have a hard time keep bath towels soft. During the ordering process I mistakenly only ordered two bath towels instead of four. The picture shows a set of bath, hand and face towels so think I got a bit confused! We use two towels a week so I like to have four altogether. The shipment took over two weeks but it was during the holidays. I'm looking forward to trying out the towels and have ordered two more bath and two hand towels.

GBExtremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a bathrobe for my partner as a Christmas gift, and ordered it early to ensure it would arrive on time for Christmas. My partner opened the gift containing the bathrobe on Christmas Day, and it turns out the robe is too large for her. I asked to return it, but was refused because it did not fall within the 30-day return period. Even though I explained the reason for the delay (my partner could not open the gift until Christmas), and noted the bathrobe was unused and unworn, Lisa Hill at Grund refused to assist me and was rude in the process. Clearly, Grund cares about profits and not customer satisfaction.

GBYou charged my credit card immediately You charged my credit card immediately, without having my items ready to ship. That took over seven weeks and you would not answer any emails or any other means of contact. Not good business practice. Tells me you are on the verge of going under. Would never do business with your company again.
