GBI have made purchases in the past but… I have made purchases in the past but will no longer be purchasing from them. Have been waiting a return slip for over a week. Will be contacting BBB after posting this review.

GBExperience not as good as previous purchases So I have bought similar rugs before from Grund. This time, the color for the one was not as pictured, it was pictured as being the same as the one in a different style without the backing that we had bought previously. This color was much lighter, and while it will be okay in the individual's bathroom (this is for a person with disabilities we care for), he liked the other color better. Also when I washed them they both exploded with lint. And I mean exploded, it was everywhere. The blue one I washed later and it was fine, no problems with color or exploding, shedding yarns.

GBGreat products Beautiful, well-made bathroom rugs, and sent in a timely manner. This is the third order I have gotten from Live Grund, and I highly recommend their rugs and towels.

GBExtremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a bathrobe for my partner as a Christmas gift, and ordered it early to ensure it would arrive on time for Christmas. My partner opened the gift containing the bathrobe on Christmas Day, and it turns out the robe is too large for her. I asked to return it, but was refused because it did not fall within the 30-day return period. Even though I explained the reason for the delay (my partner could not open the gift until Christmas), and noted the bathrobe was unused and unworn, Lisa Hill at Grund refused to assist me and was rude in the process. Clearly, Grund cares about profits and not customer satisfaction.

GBUsed to Be Okay, But Now Avoid Them I ordered with them in the past but can't recommend them any longer. They sent the wrong color of product and customer service won't reply via email, website form or chat over the course of weeks, and they haven't gotten back to me about a return after a week of using their return process. Sadly, I suggest avoiding them.
