First time I ordered from… The first time I ordered from the.......they screwed it up. The customer support person(Chantelle) is incompetent and lied about what really happened. They tried blaming FedEx but the order never even left their facility. They printed a FedEx label but never even shipped it out. Ttwo weeks later.......still no coppa. Also lied about shipping replacement and details.

Wonderful store. Great Service Writing this review because there are so many bad reviews here. My experience has been nothing but spectacular. Great service all around, sure the 10% first order discount doesn't work when you buy multiples with discount, but they were able to apply it offline after I placed the order. Great communication (1 item out of 25 was out of stock and they offered a replacement or wait 5 days for it be replenished, or a refund). Shipped within 1 day. Arrived within 1 day. Very very well packed. We are happy and will certainly order again.

Expired Organic Food Items I ordered several items from them including organic lemon juice. When I finally received the order, the lemon juice had expired on 8/31/2021 — last year! When I alerted cust svc by email they didn’t respond but refunded my money. What reputable business sells expired organic merchandise? I didn’t even receive an apology. They probably thought I wouldn’t notice. I will never order from them again.

Completely sleazy company that lies The company sent products which were 1/3 of the advertised size. Their customer service is abhorrent and I would recommend dealing with any other company but them. I have now engaged in more than 14 emails with them in an attempt to get a refund and returned the other items. They have yet to issue the refund and have just gone around in circles with their BS. There are a lot of companies out there that sell excellent products imported from italy. Supermarket Italy is not one of them they are a scam and to lie to you about their customer service promises as well as sizes of their products. If you buy from them, good luck getting a refund because I haven't had any success thus far.
