Completely sleazy company that lies The company sent products which were 1/3 of the advertised size. Their customer service is abhorrent and I would recommend dealing with any other company but them. I have now engaged in more than 14 emails with them in an attempt to get a refund and returned the other items. They have yet to issue the refund and have just gone around in circles with their BS. There are a lot of companies out there that sell excellent products imported from italy. Supermarket Italy is not one of them they are a scam and to lie to you about their customer service promises as well as sizes of their products. If you buy from them, good luck getting a refund because I haven't had any success thus far.

Excellent experience Excellent experience! Ordered some German rye bread packages on Thursday, delivered on Monday to our porch in TX. Very well packaged and got exactly what we ordered. Compared to the W.....t big retail chain store which cancelled my order after a week or so without giving me any reason it was a much better deal and overall experience. Thank you very much! Will be buying here in the future again!

If there was a way to give a -0 star… If there was a way to give a -0 star Review, I most definitely would! I have Celiac Disease. I ordered a GF item to prepare for Christmas dinner, I also ordered an item that is readily available near me (sun dried tomatoes). But I figured for the expensive shipping price, why not kill two birds with one stone. VERY close to Christmas, I received an email saying, the pasta item is out of stock, (of course, they had charged my bank account already!), but the sun dried tomatoes are enroute! That, of course, was a lie, because when they were finally shipped, the shipping date was available to view. I called extensively in plenty of time to cancel the order. No one would answer my calls, or reply to various emails, or requests to chat! So I ended up paying $29.15 for a very small jar of sun dried tomatoes, which I could've purchased for around $3.00-$4.00 in total!! Never again, I truly, truly wish I had read the plethora of bad reviews before I ordered...but in my defense, I was so happy to find an item that I was having such a problem locating! PS, I am STILL waiting on the sun-dried tomatoes, Christmas is over!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM, PEOPLE!!

Zero customer service I placed an order 09Dec22.I received part of the order 15Dec22. The packing slip said it was complete. I was missing 6 items, and customer service is horrible. Spoke to virtual chat, said my order was complete, then said it was shipped in 2 parts. I should have received the second one yesterday, No order, FedEx says it is delayed. Do not try to call the phone number, 35 calls, no one answers.

I was a permanent customer I was a permanent customer. Last order they advertised a $50 gift card with the purchase and never received it. I also ordered chocolate on sale and it had a bad taste, black chocolate white colored outside. And actually I waisted around $80 On top of that I texted them and nobody does anything
