A month and a half later and my subscription was suddenly reactivated yet I was unable to login to skip the week or cancel again. It's been three days and not a single response from support other than a survey asking how my experience with their support system was. They have charged me for and sent me a box I had no interest in receiving.

Convenient I've been a subscriber since December and get orders weekly. I've never had an issue! The orders are always exactly what I expected and my usual delivery man is amazing about bringing my box to my third floor apartment. I like the automatically filled cart option too, since sometimes I don't really have a meal plan. Makes shopping so much easier.

Using Imperfect Food has been a great… Using Imperfect Food has been a great experience. My dad is 94 and has caregivers cook for him. So this box of weekly groceries ensures he gets healthy fruits and veges. I sometimes order something out of his ordinary itms for him to try. If it doesnt get used by him, my husband brings it home and cooks it for us. Things he particularly likes are chocolate broken almonds, chocolate chip cookies, and the lemon torte is delicious. Once a carton of eggs came and some were broken. They quickly reimbursed for them.

Would definitely recommend! Timely delivery (even heavy boxes brought upstairs to my apt door!), clean app/website, easy ordering, constantly working to improve and provide new products, niche/high quality snacks and cheeses. I’ve discovered many of my new favorite brands through imperfect. Love the opportunity to support small businesses and farmers. This is the only food subscription service I’ve kept consistently for over a year!
