GBProblems adding items to my order I have been having problems ordering from imperfect foods since the first of the year (2023). When I try to add produce, the categories are grayed out, so I cannot customize my order. When I tried using the contact us link, the message did not go through because captcha was not working. No idea what is wrong.

GBExpensive, poor quality food I understand that the food coming is “imperfect”, however rotten produce and small portion sizes with very large price tags make it difficult to support this idea. My order cost $87. A lot of the food was the same brand as what is at my local grocery store, yet I paid much more for worse quality using Imperfect Foods. The idea behind the company is a good one, however paying more for less is not practical in this economy. Unfortunately, several of my items were inedible, and ended up in the trash anyway.

GBWebsite lies about recycling The company website says they collect and recycle the silver liners and freezer packs. They don't. They stopped taking mine about 1 year ago. When I happened to be home and spoke to a delivery driver he said he was a third party vendor, was told not to take anything for recycling and if he did take it then he just threw it in the trash. The website is more than misleading, it flat out lies to the consumer.

GBSteer clear While this was initially a good service I have had multiple orders not delivered over the past month without any warning. Every single order has contained broken items. Although the customer service will refund this it is such a waste and obviously nothing is being done to improve things. Also a lot of the perishable items (chicken/beef etc) dont have best before dates which is insane.

GBThey charged me $74 for an order I… They charged me $74 for an order I never placed. I signed up for an account so I could look around, as you can't even see anything until you've given them "payment information". I was considering a subscription, but now I'm feeling scammed.
