Advertising where products are not accessible Doing commercials in my area and do not even deliver to South Florida/ Boynton Beach. Company really needs to understand marketing and how to target your audience because what they're doing now is 100% incorrect. Entered our ZIP Code on their website to possibly try them out and said hopefully coming soon. They either need a new web developer or do not do targeted commercials in areas where they do not deliver to and get customers hopes up. Sad

They charged me $74 for an order I… They charged me $74 for an order I never placed. I signed up for an account so I could look around, as you can't even see anything until you've given them "payment information". I was considering a subscription, but now I'm feeling scammed.

Do not give Imperfect Foods your… Do not give Imperfect Foods your information. I stopped mt subscription. A month and a half later and my subscription was suddenly reactivated yet I was unable to login to skip the week or cancel again. It's been three days and not a single response from support other than a survey asking how my experience with their support system was. They have charged me for and sent me a box I had no interest in receiving.

Expensive, poor quality food I understand that the food coming is “imperfect”, however rotten produce and small portion sizes with very large price tags make it difficult to support this idea. My order cost $87. A lot of the food was the same brand as what is at my local grocery store, yet I paid much more for worse quality using Imperfect Foods. The idea behind the company is a good one, however paying more for less is not practical in this economy. Unfortunately, several of my items were inedible, and ended up in the trash anyway.

Would definitely recommend! Timely delivery (even heavy boxes brought upstairs to my apt door!), clean app/website, easy ordering, constantly working to improve and provide new products, niche/high quality snacks and cheeses. I’ve discovered many of my new favorite brands through imperfect. Love the opportunity to support small businesses and farmers. This is the only food subscription service I’ve kept consistently for over a year!
