GBConvenient I've been a subscriber since December and get orders weekly. I've never had an issue! The orders are always exactly what I expected and my usual delivery man is amazing about bringing my box to my third floor apartment. I like the automatically filled cart option too, since sometimes I don't really have a meal plan. Makes shopping so much easier.

GBWould definitely recommend! Timely delivery (even heavy boxes brought upstairs to my apt door!), clean app/website, easy ordering, constantly working to improve and provide new products, niche/high quality snacks and cheeses. I’ve discovered many of my new favorite brands through imperfect. Love the opportunity to support small businesses and farmers. This is the only food subscription service I’ve kept consistently for over a year!

GBGood idea, poor execution My first shipment never arrived due to damage. Second one arrived two days late so the perishables were bad. The boxes are packaged so poorly that essentially all of my produce was smashed to mush. Two glass containers were broken. The pantry items are decent to good, however the Imperfect Foods brand cold brew concentrate is bitter as all hell so avoid that item altogether.

GBOne star is too good for them One star is too good for them. They deserve zero. Very unprofessional. Never received my delivery but they sure took the money! Just a headache from start to finish Stay away!

GBPonzi scheme! After looking into the products available, I realized everything is double if not triple what it would cost at your local grocery store. How do they justify imperfect food at exorbitant prices? Seriously, we are expected to pay MORE for less quality foods? Just like we are finding with all these “help the people” organizations, they have NOTHING to do with helping anyone but themselves financially. I’ll stick to buying at my local stores. Did y’all think consumers were unable to do basic math? Please! I don’t know how you stay in business 🤷♀️
