Bought the 6 month cheese subscription… Bought the 6 month cheese subscription mid December for Christmas delivery. Received an Email that read "Your order #S956175 was shipped out on 12/23/2022. You can track your package at any time using the button below." TOTAL BS. According to Fedex, a label was created on Dec 23 (i.e. not even on time for a Dec 23 delivery!!) and Fedex still has not received the package as of Dec. 26). Poor shipping department. C'mon!! Creating a label on Dec 23.. the requested date of delivery???

Dismal Dismal. Ordered a ham. Paid for overnight delivery to address in Florida. A week later and our ham was on the other side of the USA (Indianapolis). They offered us a refund on the overnight delivery fee. We declined. Under duress they provided the full refund we demanded.

Late delivery I placed a Christmas order on December 12th for more than $200 ordering a couple of food boxes to be delivered to my son in LA on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the package was not shipped until late on December 23rd and so it missed the deadline. However, the company was very apologetic and because the package contained some perishables, they re-sent those elements at no extra cost.

Horrible service Horrible service! Ordered multiple baskets and only one was delivered on time. I ordered all baskets on December 3rd for Christmas delivery and paid in advance. I contacted them multiple times to ensure on time delivery because I had a similar issue last year. I was told no problem. The. I received an email on the 26th that delivery would be on the 27th or 28th. No explanation! No apology! This company is terrible.
