Bought the 6 month cheese subscription… Bought the 6 month cheese subscription mid December for Christmas delivery. Received an Email that read "Your order #S956175 was shipped out on 12/23/2022. You can track your package at any time using the button below." TOTAL BS. According to Fedex, a label was created on Dec 23 (i.e. not even on time for a Dec 23 delivery!!) and Fedex still has not received the package as of Dec. 26). Poor shipping department. C'mon!! Creating a label on Dec 23.. the requested date of delivery???

An honorable business I’m not going into specifics, but these people stand behind their service and are honorable business people in my eyes.

Never Again I like to give opportunity where I can. But, the reviews of the non-existent customer service are so correct, in this case. Not pleasant, curt, unresponsive to their own error! Never again. Too many other better rated businesses to choose same items from.

Never Again I placed an order on December 7, 2020 for delivery 12/18/2020. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. On December 17th I called to get a tracking number. My order had not shipped. After some heated conversation, I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 for next day delivery, which I was assured I would receive. Still no tracking number...After using a 3rd party tracking company, I found out that the only shipped on 12/18 and wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st, when there will be no one to receive it, which is why I ordered it for 18th delivery and agreed to pay the additional money. Bad service is one thing; lying is another.

They have a huge selection of cheese you can't find anywhere else and their website is extremely fun to explore. They package their cheese and shrink wrap which is heavy and keeps your cheese wonderfully fresh in your fridge for quite a long time. If you do order be sure to get their excellent zippered bag for a few extra dollars. I have a collection of them and I use them at the grocery store and always get so many compliments. Take advantage of their great sales and unique items and you will not be disappointed!!
