Love IGourmet!!! If you are a cheese or fine food seeker this is the place for you! I have been ordering from igourmet for many years and I am extremely pleased. They have a huge selection of cheese you can't find anywhere else and their website is extremely fun to explore. They package their cheese and shrink wrap which is heavy and keeps your cheese wonderfully fresh in your fridge for quite a long time. If you do order be sure to get their excellent zippered bag for a few extra dollars. I have a collection of them and I use them at the grocery store and always get so many compliments. Take advantage of their great sales and unique items and you will not be disappointed!! You can also choose your items and have them shipped at a later date which is wonderful when planning for holidays or parties. Thank You from a very pleased customer!!!

I would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered turkey dinner for two for Thanksgiving to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving for my sister and her husband who are both ill. Today (two days before Thanksgiving), they sent me an email saying that they didn't receive delivery of the Thanksgiving dinners, so they would have to cancel my order! What can you get two days before Thanksgiving? Nothing. I will never order anything from them again. My sister was so excited about this when I told her and now I have to call and tell her they cancelled. I could cry.

Great company, cheese, & service. Wow, where are those bad reviews coming from ? I've ordered from igourmet several times without any issues, fine quality cheeses - one time one of the cheese was out of stock - they just upgraded to a even more expensive cheese for free. Call a head with in reason(1 week) if you're looking for a certain date for delivery (2 day window), which I've always have done and they have always made sure the box was at the door on one of those days ! Packaging is perfect, fitted styrofoam cooler inside cardboard box with ice packs for shipping. I've told friends about igourmet too, they've also have bought from them without any issues.

Don’t count on delivery as quoted Before ordering consider UNTRUSTWORTHY delivery! If your order is a gift shop elsewhere for timely delivery. Customer service responded to send cheeses BUT no accounting for error. Beware!

Never Again I placed an order on December 7, 2020 for delivery 12/18/2020. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. On December 17th I called to get a tracking number. My order had not shipped. After some heated conversation, I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 for next day delivery, which I was assured I would receive. Still no tracking number...After using a 3rd party tracking company, I found out that the only shipped on 12/18 and wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st, when there will be no one to receive it, which is why I ordered it for 18th delivery and agreed to pay the additional money. Bad service is one thing; lying is another.
