GBNever Again I placed an order on December 7, 2020 for delivery 12/18/2020. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. On December 17th I called to get a tracking number. My order had not shipped. After some heated conversation, I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 for next day delivery, which I was assured I would receive. Still no tracking number...After using a 3rd party tracking company, I found out that the only shipped on 12/18 and wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st, when there will be no one to receive it, which is why I ordered it for 18th delivery and agreed to pay the additional money. Bad service is one thing; lying is another.

GBI cannot even speak to the quality of… I cannot even speak to the quality of the goods. My complaint is that the customer service is non-responsive. I have emailed and requested my email address to be removed from the mailing lists. I receive 1-2 emails DAILY and the Unsubscribe link and capability does not work (try it and let me know if you had any better luck). The customer service folks returned contact 3 separate times that they have removed my email address, yet still it continues. Daily. Most annoyingly.

GBHorrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Ordered a gift card and then dead silence. No email. No calls. nothing. I contacted customer service to inquire. The response was vague, demanding more information for some sort of 'verification' of I have no clue whatsoever. A few days pass and still nothing from their end. I finally reached out and cancelled the order to which they promptly complied. Prejudice or complete incompetence, it was my first and hopefully the last experience with Igourmet. What a complete waste of time.

GBPEOPLE BE AWARE I Ordered 4 pounds of… PEOPLE BE AWARE I Ordered 4 pounds of Bacon for A party and 6 days later still heard nothing when I call in they were out and will give my money back but 6 days took you to figure it out Poor Customer service. If you having a party you may you may not get your items I will NEVER us this Company again

GBI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered turkey dinner for two for Thanksgiving to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving for my sister and her husband who are both ill. Today (two days before Thanksgiving), they sent me an email saying that they didn't receive delivery of the Thanksgiving dinners, so they would have to cancel my order! What can you get two days before Thanksgiving? Nothing. I will never order anything from them again. My sister was so excited about this when I told her and now I have to call and tell her they cancelled. I could cry.
